We ship anywhere in Canada!

How much is shipping?

Under $75 – $8 CAD
Free shipping over $75

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time usually varies from 3 to 10 business days. Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed.

Do you do local pickup?

Local Pickup Available in Pickering or Markham. Please check off local pickup when ordering and select location.

Refunds

No refunds or returns unless products are faulty or package is damaged. You will need to provide proof that the product was damaged before you received it.

No refunds or returns if your pet doesn’t like a particular treat.

We do not accept cancellation of orders unless for a good reason (e.g. death of said pet).

Dehydrated products are brittle and some pieces may crack or break in delivery.
